Happy Harvest

I love this time of year! Our house is decorated to the max with harvest decor! Jake's grandpa is very talented with metal work and was so sweet to cut me 2 HUGE pumpkins for our front yard! I have a picture of one of them below. They turned out really cute!

Now for a little pregnancy update.... Tomorrow night is our first Child Birth class! We will have 5 classes to attend and I am really excited the first one is tomorrow! It makes me realize just how close we are getting to our little guy arriving! I am also getting excited and looking forward to November. We have 2 showers the first week of November and then one in Winnsboro in December! Colt is spoiled rotten and he hasn't even arrived!
Just recently I have started to feel a little uncomfortable. For so long it seemed Colt was sitting pretty low, right on my bladder :) Lately, I have had more pressure under my ribs. It really is starting to look like I have a volleyball under my shirt. He's been kicking all throughout the day and night. The doctor says everything is moving right along and we now visit the Doctor every 2 weeks! Jake is getting very excited!

Now for the big news... we decided on Colt's middle name.
COLT RONALD WEST
Both our Dad's are named Ronald so we thought we'd honor the Grandpa's with their first grandson having Ronald in his name :)

Colt's Bedding Arrived!

Today was a very exciting day! Colt's bedding arrived! I've been waiting several weeks and Today UPS knocked on my door with a huge box from Graham Kracker! Jake helped me put it all on the bed and it looks sooo cute! The room is coming together!

BABYMOON and Crystal and Brent's Wedding

OMG....100 Days to go!!!!! This past weekend we went to Riviera Maya for our friends Crystal and Brent's Wedding. We met Crystal and Brent at Texas State and actually introduced them! We had such a great time! The wedding was beautiful and we had so much fun! The weather was perfect and the vacation could not have come at a better time! We are on to the 3rd Trimester! It's hard to believe how fast time is flying by. As you can see below, we have decided on our son's first name to be COLT named after his Daddy (Jake's middle name). We are still deciding on his middle name and will hopefully make a decision soon! I've been feeling great and getting bigger and bigger every day! I can't believe I still have 14 weeks to GROW :)
Last week we went to the Doctor and she said Colt had a good heart rate and right on track in size. We go back on the 21st of October. One big change in the last couple weeks I've noticed are HICK-UPS! Started around 23 weeks, this baby is keeping me up at night! Along with several kicks throughout the day, I am also going to the bathroom several times, or should I say a million times throughout the day! That's ok, I love being reminded all day long we have been blessed with a little guy growing inside me!
